Sport practices continue

Coach Erik Cross and the Cross Country program will begin practices the week of November 2nd.  Cross Country joins the following athletic and activity programs that are conducting indoor and outdoor practices: Baseball (weights) Boys Basketball Boys Soccer Boys Tennis Choir Cross Country Dance Football Girls Basketball Girls Soccer Girls Tennis Softball Speech & Debate

Google Meet

Fox parents and athletes:  Mark your calendars and please join the Athletic Department on Thursday, October 8th, 6:00 pm, for a virtual Q&A Google Meet.  The code to join this opportunity to “get caught up” will be shared prior to that evening.  See you then!

National Champ!

We have a National Champion!!!  Congratulations to our SHS Athletic Trainer, Sharayah, for taking the prize in the USPA Powerlifting National Championships in Columbus, Ohio several weeks ago.  She is the 2020 75K National Champion, competing in Squat, Bench and Deadlift.  Way to go, Sharayah!

Fox Families! Yes, it seems constant change is getting to be normal!  Due to a recent announcement from OSAA regarding the FOUR seasons scheduled for the 2020-2021 athletic year, and specifically for what is allowed during Season #1, we must require ALL athletes who are participating in any SHS organized sport activity with our coaches

Swim Standout Signs!
