Dear Foxes Fans,
We recently learned that Hudl has been charging additional fees for families who purchased the Fall and All-Access passes. While those passes were meant to provide access to all of our home and away events, Hudl has been charging extra for away events streamed from schools using Focus cameras. Unfortunately, this was not explained to us when we set up the Fall and All-Access options.
What we are doing to fix this:
We have asked Hudl to contact everyone who purchased a Fall or All-Access pass and issue refunds.
For the remainder of this fall season, we will no longer be offering those passes. Instead, games will be available on a pay-per-event basis. Our rate is $8 per event, but please know that some schools set their own rates, which may be higher. If you purchase a contest using your cell phone, the service charge will be higher than if you purchase it on a computer. To get the best price, we recommend purchasing the contest on a computer and then watching it on your cell phone.
We know this has been frustrating and confusing, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you purchased a Fall or All-Access pass and have not yet received your reimbursement, please reach out directly to Hudl Customer Service for support.
